Position: Helpdesk Engineer (Long Term Contract)

Responsibilities:
-

• Provide IT support to our users in EMEA region.

• Communicate with support vendor until case closure.

• General IT administration and implementation on Windows server environment and MS365 portal.

• IT element configuration including day-to-day service delivery.

• PC, and mobile device management-

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, Exchange, Share point, and Defender.

• Experience in licence administration and sysem administration

• 6+ years of experience as IT support/Infrastructure engineer.

• Basic understanding of IT Security and network/infrastructure.

• Familiar with Japanese culture is a plus.
