As part of this growth, the Trust is investing in its IT infrastructure and is seeking to appoint a Mobile IT Engineer to join their already well-established and highly performing IT team. With schools based across Manchester, this particular cluster of schools you will be supporting are all Oldham-based. Your new role Joining an already established team of Mobile IT Engineers, you will become an integral part of this high-performing team, providing a high level of service to 5 primary schools based across Oldham. As Mobile IT Engineer, you will be providing first-line technical support to staff and students, managing helpdesk tickets, and maintaining a wide range of IT equipment including hardware, software, and audio-visual systems, as well as bespoke educational technologies. Responsibilities also include installing and configuring new technologies, carrying out repairs and upgrades, and maintaining accurate asset registers and documentation.
