You''ll act as a reliable point of contact for technical issues, helping to prioritise workloads, maintain systems, and ensure a high level of service across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line technical support to internal users.Support and administer Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration.Assist with hardware deployment, software installations and device configuration.Support networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and switching.Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and mobile device issues.Work alongside senior stakeholders to coordinate IT priorities and ensure business continuity.Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.Assist with ongoing ..... full job details .....
