We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking an experienced IT Engineer to provide hands-on support during a busy period of growth and change.

This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile IT professional who enjoys a varied role, combining day-to-day technical support with the confidence to take ownership of small projects and provide guidance across the wider IT function.

The RoleWorking as part of a small IT team, you''ll be responsible for supporting users across a Microsoft-based environment while assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the IT infrastructure. You''ll act as a reliable point of contact for technical issues, helping to prioritise workloads, maintain systems, and ensure a high level of service across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line technical support to internal users.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration.
• Assist with hardware deployment, software installations and device configuration.
• Support networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and switching.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and mobile device issues.
• Work alongside senior stakeholders to coordinate IT priorities and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
• Assist with ongoing infrastructure improvements and IT projects where required.

• Microsoft 365 administration-
