About your role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT while gaining hands-on experience supporting users, systems, and technology services within a professional business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced IT professionals, developing technical skills across service desk support, Microsoft 365 administration, information security, infrastructure support, and end-user device management. Main responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for IT support requests, incidents, and service inquiries.
