Within this position you will be responsible for: Technical Support: Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff. System Administration Support: Assist with basic system maintenance, user account management, and software installations. Data Management: Support data entry, data cleansing, and basic report generation from various business systems. Documentation: Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations. Hardware and Software: Assist with the setup, deployment, and inventory management of IT hardware and software. Key Outputs: Process Analysis: Support the analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.
