Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and deliver the technology and business systems roadmap.-

• Lead and improve core IT and business systems across multiple sites.-

• Drive system optimisation, process improvement and operational efficiency.-

• Manage and develop relationships with outsourced IT partners, ensuring strong service delivery, accountability and value for money.-

• Define and refine responsibilities between internal teams and third-party technology providers.-

• Own cyber security strategy, governance and risk management.-

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.-

• Provide leadership to a small internal team whilst coordinating external support partners.-

• Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce manual processes and improve the flow of information across the business.-

• Establish supplier governance, service standards and performance measures.-

• Experience leading IT, business systems or technology functions.-

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.-

• Exposure to ERP, operational systems or business-critical applications.-

• Experience managing suppliers, MSPs and third-party technology providers.-

• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance risk, cost and business priorities.-

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment whilst providing strategic direction.-

• Able to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.-

• Experience delivering technology change, systems improvements or transformation initiatives.-
