About the Role Hillside Clubhouse is looking for an experienced IPS Team Leader to lead our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) SMI service across Islington and as part of the newly merged North West London NHS Trust. You''ll provide leadership, coaching and support to a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring high-quality, recovery focused employment support for people with mental health conditions.
