With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.JOB SCOPESupport Galderma’s Investor Relations (IR) team, with a focus on leading financial insights and consensus management, developing investor marketing material, dissemination of key news and trends, as well as helping with general investor engagement activities.Key activities include:Owning the IR financial model and analysis of key positions/ metrics, for analyst discussions and guidance definitionHelping create investor marketing material (presentation, QandA, etc.)Tracking market perception and disseminating key external insights in the organizationSupporting IR coordination, including external correspondence, meeting records, and conference planningLevel DifferentiatorApply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experienceWorks independently with general / moderate supervisionRecognized as an intermediate level contributor in the area of expertiseImpact contained to own work with limited impact on peers in the same areaProblems faced are difficult but not typically complex. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issueCareer Stream TasksHolding the IR financial model up-to-date and conducting analysis of Galderma’s internal guidance compared to the analysts’ and consensus’ forecasts, along with inputting into financial guidance processesAssist in preparation of investor marketing material, including anticipating and populating the investor relations QandA database and developing content as relevantHelping disseminate key news internally, including news flow from the market, peer group companies, and research reportsAssist in preparation of briefing documents, reports and presentations, for management meetings with investors as well as updates to the boardHelping manage correspondence with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, advisors and internalsMaintaining the database and meeting records up-to-date in the IR CRM system, including details of attendees, contact information, and key meeting notesHelping plan and organize IR activities/ calendar, from arranging investor meetings, site visits, presentations, conferences, and capital markets eventsHelping keep the IR section of the website up-to-dateSupporting the Strategy, Investor Relations and ESG team broadly ad-hoc as relevantStakeholdersMay influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practicesSupport and interact primarily with colleagues of own functionBuild strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managersUnderstand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholdersProvide technical guidance to line managers and employeesManagement ResponsibilityIndividual contributor who may contribute to coordinate and organize tasks with other team membersTypical Experience LevelBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualificationThe profile would be a strategy consulting or investment banking/ financial analyst junior professional with at least 5 years of ..... full job details .....
