My client, a global US-headquartered investment manager, is looking for a lawyer to support their Investments team. This person will sit in London as the dedicated lawyer there, with a wider team in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering legal support for the client investment process, including reviewing and negotiating a broad range of investments, with a focus on private funds such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.The successful candidate will:Be either a US-trained attorney located in London OR a lawyer with experience working with US lawyers or in a US law firm in London.Have at least 5 PQE and experience within a private funds team at a top-tier law firm or have moved in-house within another US manager.Have an interest in working as the London-based member of an Investments Legal team based in the US.Have specific experience with primary, secondary, and direct transactions in private equity and venture capital, which is ..... full job details .....
