Investment Banking - MandA - Private Capital Advisory - Executive Director - London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead deals in the private market and contribute to our Investment Banking business at J.P. Morgan.Responsibilities

Lead MandA private capital transactionsTake responsibility for specific transaction types within MandA Private Capital AdvisoryDevelop and deepen relationships with key issuer and investor clientsWork closely with partners in industry, country and product partnersProvide leadership, mentorship and supervision to relevant team membersRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Relevant Investment Banking experience (MandA or Leveraged Finance) or buy-side experienceAbility to interact with senior clients in a skilled mannerAbility to work independently and take initiativesStrong quantitative and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsDesire to be a market leader in advising clients on MandA private capital transactionsThis role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence and, where appropriate, approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.About Us
