Investment Banking - Leveraged Finance – Analyst/Associate - London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. You will work as part of JPMorgan''s Leveraged Finance team within Investment Banking, financing corporate capital requirements and interacting with senior bankers and executive management within client firms.Responsibilities

Build and leverage financial modelsPerform credit analysis and prepare credit memosPrepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bonds (e.g. information memorandums, rating/roadshow/lender presentations)Prepare and participate in deal pitchesExecute end-to-end client transactionsQualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Fluency in at least one of Spanish/French/German or Nordic Languages is requiredRelevant investment banking experience, ideally within Leveraged Finance, MandA/industry teamsProficient analytical and technical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlinesHighly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage project independentlyComfort in and commitment to teamwork environmentHigh level of attention to detail and time managementThis role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
