We''re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Coordinator to join a growing-distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone-with inventory control experience who enjoys improving processes, maintaining high levels of stock accuracy, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and product master data.
• Lead cycle counting and stock control activities.
• Monitor stock levels, ageing stock, and inventory performance.
• Produce reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Support warehouse layout optimisation and space utilisation.
• Manage stock destruction processes in line with compliance requirements.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to GDP, Health & Safety, and company procedures.
• Support new client onboarding and inventory-related projects.
• Supervise a small team of warehouse operatives and provide training where required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory operations.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of GDP standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Forklift/IPATH licence (or willingness to train).
• Experience with temperature-controlled products.
• Previous involvement in customer or regulatory audits.
