Inventory Coordinator Measham 29,000 per year Full-Time, Permanent We''re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Coordinator to join a growing distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inventory control experience who enjoys improving processes, maintaining high levels of stock accuracy, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy and product master data. Lead cycle counting and stock control activities. Monitor stock levels, ageing stock, and inventory performance. Produce reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency. Support warehouse layout optimisation and space utilisation. Manage stock destruction processes in line with compliance requirements. Assist with audits and ensure adherence to GDP, Health and Safety, and company procedures. Support new client onboarding and inventory-related projects. Supervise a small team of warehouse operatives and provide training where required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory operations. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.
