Internal Sales SupportReading, RG2 28-30KOverview To deliver a high standard of customer service by ensuring all clients and prospective clients are supported in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner across all communications and interactions.Purpose To take ownership of client communication and project delivery from the point of handover from Sales or upon client approval, ensuring smooth execution and a positive customer experience throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day coordination of live client orders and projectsMaintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all client activity is accurately recordedWork closely with the Sales team to support quotations, conversions, and ongoing client enquiriesProvide timely updates to clients on production progress and order statusSupport client decision-making with clear commercial and technical guidanceEscalate operational or service-related issues to the management team when requiredMonitor production schedules and capacity to ensure deadlines and project milestones are metIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement across teamsPerson SpecificationStrong understanding of delivering exceptional customer serviceCommercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple client relationshipsConfident communicator, able to influence and challenge where appropriateAbility to identify and manage commercial risks effectivelyKey Skills and AttributesCustomer-focused and ..... full job details .....
