Role and Responsibilities:Promptly respond to customer enquiriesSelect and advise customers on suitable product selectionDevelop and maintain customer relationsPromptly respond to customer enquiries by telephone and e-mailsPrepare quotations from either Price Lists or from supplier costsTo accurately prepare quotations ensuring accurate delivery considering available stockTo process orders in the ERP system.
