We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive based on the outskirts of Loughborough for an office based and permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pmSalary Circa 28,000 per annum depending on experienceBenefits Company pension scheme.Company sick pay scheme.23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.Employee discount.Free on-site parking.About the Internal Sales role: The Internal Sales Executive will combined inbound sales, proactive outbound account management and sales administration, with a primary focus on creating a positive customer experience while supporting business growth.Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales journey.Handle inbound sales calls, understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.Manage the shared sales inbox by responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, quotation requests and order updates.Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to build relationships, follow up quotations, generate new opportunities and promote products, offers and campaigns.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via telephone and email.Prepare, send and follow up quotations to maximise sales opportunities.Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and communication history within the company CRM system.Develop a strong understanding of the company''s products and services through ongoing training and day-to-day customer ..... full job details .....
