Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client on the outskirts of Loughborough. This is a permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Creating a positive customer experience and supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales calls, understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.Manage the shared sales inbox, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, quotation requests and order updates.Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to build relationships, follow up quotations, generate new opportunities and promote products, offers and campaigns.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via telephone and email.Prepare, send and follow up quotations to maximise sales opportunities.Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and communication history within the company CRM system.Develop a strong understanding of the company''s products and services through ongoing training and day-to-day customer interactions.Work closely with colleagues across all departments to support a smooth ..... full job details .....
