Internal Sales Executive

Just Recruitment is recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a company based on the outskirts of Ipswich.

You will be responsible for processing orders, quotes, upselling to clients and providing support to the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer enquiries
Communicating and negotiating with customers
Upselling products
Making outbound calls to key customers
Building relationships
Processing quotes
Updating CRM system
Regular reporting to management
Liaising with the sales managers

Personable, hardworking, and ambitious personality.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
Capability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategies.
