Salary: -32,000 - -37,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join a well-established and growing business based in Halesowen.

This office-based role would suit someone with a background in internal sales who enjoys building customer relationships, providing technical support, and identifying opportunities to grow business. Experience within electrical or industrial automation products would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Generate and follow up sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  
  
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to meet customer requirements.
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service and technical advice where required.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  
  
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  
  
• Keep up to date with new products and emerging technologies through ongoing learning.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within an internal sales or sales support environment.
  
  
• Knowledge of industrial electrical products, automation, or associated products would be an advantage.
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  
  
• Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  
  
• Strong IT skills.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Package

• Salary: -32,000 - -37,000 depending on experience.
  
  
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
  
  
• Shift Pattern:
  
  
  • Week 1: 8:30am - 5:00pm
    
    
  • Week 2: 9:00am - 5:30pm
    
    
• Holiday: 25 days annual leave (including 3 days to be taken over the Christmas shutdown).
