Internal Sales Administrator

INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR SALARY: 12.71 per hour LOCATION: Halesowen (office based) Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their sales team. Working closely with the Group Sales Manager and wider sales team, you will provide a combination of internal sales, customer service and administration support, helping to develop new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers. Support Area Sales Managers and other members of the sales team. Input and maintain sales information using Sage. Process incoming sales orders onto Sage. Carry out desk-based research to identify information on new customers. Provide general office and sales administration support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fast-paced administrative role and will be confident in speaking with customers over the telephone. An immediate start is available.
