Sales Administrator

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a UK leading Building Supplies company in Wolverhampton to recruit for a bright and bubbly Sales Administrator - Superb customer service and forward thinking are essentials in this role - this company only hires the best of the best !

Salary- -27,000

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Daily duties include

• Responsible for all customer enquires via phone and email
• Processing orders on SAGE 200
• Liaising with other departments such as warehouse, logistics, accounts etc
• Order management from processing to Deliver - updating customer all the way
• Dealing with customer returns / credit etc

This role is all about communication - always putting the customer journey first !
