Do you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a busy setting? Our fantastic client is seeking a highly dedicated professional with a passion for delivering excellent internal support to sales team. This role consists of building great internal relationships with the account managers and provide support with any administrative activity.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with sales processes in an efficient and effective manner
- Building relationships with clients
- Providing great admin support including taking orders and updating invoices
- Support on monthly sales reports
- Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries
- Managing complaints when required
- Directing any specific complaints to the appropriate team escalating when necessary
- Accurately updating information and documentation as required
- Working towards company compliance and data protection
- Acting as first point of contact for initial client contact
Key skills and experience required:
- Have fantastic communication skills
- Demonstrate strong MS office package skills including Word and Excel
- Be adaptable to the needs of the role
- Previous telephone/administration experience
- Work with confidence and be able to build rapport
