We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team and help attract outstanding talent across academic and professional services departments. The Role As an Internal Recruiter, you will take ownership of the high-volume end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Write engaging job adverts and advertise vacancies across relevant platforms. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and networking opportunities. Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Advise managers on recruitment best practice, employment legislation, and safer recruitment principles. Ensure compliance with university recruitment policies and equality, diversity, and inclusion standards. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
