Internal Account Manager
Salary: -28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day account queries
- Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in account management or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
