This is a key role within the internal customer service and account management team, sitting at the centre of the customer order journey. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, process orders and coordinate activity across three specialist manufacturing areas. The role would suit an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and ensuring orders progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to delivery.THE ROLEAs an Internal Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring orders are accurately processed, deadlines are met and customers receive regular updates throughout the process. You will work closely with colleagues across customer service, production, marketing and other internal departments to ensure projects remain on schedule. A purpose-built MIS system is used to manage orders and account information, with full training provided.
