Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a-Chartered Surveying practice specialising in heritage and super-prime projects is looking to appoint a skilled, reliable, and efficient Senior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will be involved across a diverse portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from -500k to over -10m, taking responsibility from early inception through to final account. The role will cover both pre- and post-contract stages and include a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration duties.

Skills & Experience required:

• Prior experience working as a PQS (Private Practice Quantity Surveyor)
• Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities
• Working knowledge of JCT forms of contract
• Full UK driving licence
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
