Interim Stock Condition Surveyor

One of my clients based in Greater Manchester is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor on an interim basis initially until March 2026! Ideally you will:Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential) but HNC would be helpfulBased in a commutable distance to Greater ManchesterHave 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity. Responsibilities include:Stock condition assessmentsGeneral Building Surveying dutiesManaging your own diaryLiaising with the Senior Assets OfficerUpdating the Asset Management databaseWriting reportsThe client are also quite flexible on office presence as you will be managing your own diary and therefore on site the majority of the time.
