What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in stock condition surveys (housing background desirable)

• Strong knowledge of housing standards and compliance requirements

• Excellent reporting and data collection skills

• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
