This role partners with senior leaders across a portfolio of schools, providing expert HR support on employee relations, organisational change, TUPE, policy implementation and workforce planning. You''ll act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers through complex people matters while helping to deliver key people initiatives across a multi-site education environment. Client Details We''re partnering with a large national not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Interim Regional People Partner to support a portfolio of schools across the North Midlands, Stoke and Runcorn regions. Description Partner with senior leaders to deliver expert HR support and advice Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters Support organisational change and TUPE projects Develop, review and interpret HR policies and procedures Coach and guide managers through a broad range of people issues Build strong relationships across a diverse portfolio of schools Profile Proven HR Business Partner or People Partner experience Strong employee relations background with the ability to manage complex casework Experience supporting organisational change and TUPE activity Confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders Able to ..... full job details .....
