You''ll partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, and provide expert guidance across ER, talent and organisational change. Description This is a regional role supporting a portfolio of care homes across Surrey and the surrounding area, working closely with operational leaders and wider People teams. Partner with leadership teams across a portfolio of up to 10 care homes, providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters. Deliver the Company''s People Plan across the region, translating wider people strategy into practical local initiatives. Coach and influence leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, retention and people-related decision making. Partner with the Employee Relations team to manage complex ER matters while ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach.
