Partner with leadership teams across a portfolio of up to 10 care homes, providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters.Deliver the Company''s People Plan across the region, translating wider people strategy into practical local initiatives.Coach and influence leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, retention and people-related decision making.Partner with the Employee Relations team to manage complex ER matters while ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach.Champion cultural change, employee engagement and the organisation''s purpose, values and strategic pillars.Use people data, metrics, ..... full job details .....
