Interim Management Accountant

Location: TewkesburyIndustry: FMCGHours: 37.5 per weekDepartment: FinanceReports to: Finance ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Preparation and ReportingPrepare and post monthly depot and stock valuationsReview and report monthly production analysisPost monthly accruals (e.g. payroll, packaging, raw materials)Complete monthly fuel account reconciliations and fleet accrualsProduce monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with sales data analysis and maintenance using internal databasesManagement Accounts and AnalysisPrepare monthly management and depot accounts, investigating variancesProduce regular performance analysis for departments such as Transport and CommercialMaintain key financial files to support monthly accountsPrepare and reconcile monthly MTD data and sales analysis (Excel)Analyse financial performance to support decision-makingSupport year-end stocktaking and audit preparationReconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash balancesCarry out ad hoc financial tasks as requiredSkills and Experience (Desirable)CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or part-qualified/qualified by experience)3-5 years'' experience in a manufacturing or FMCG management accounting roleStrong Excel skillsExperience with Sage 200 and Access databasesExcellent multitasking and prioritisation abilitiesStrong time-management and deadline focusHigh attention to detail with an analytical, proactive approachTeam-oriented, supportive, and collaborative mindsetIf you''re interested in this ..... full job details .....
