This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established, fast-paced organisation while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model based in Hemel Hempstead.The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, the Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across the business.Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and analysis Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Supporting financial controls, compliance, and process improvements Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Providing ad hoc analysis and support on key finance projectsAbout You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong experience in management accounting and ..... full job details .....
