Interim HR Manager - 3 months initially Bradford-on-Avon Day rate: 400 - 450 per day We''re delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is a standalone leadership role, providing the opportunity to take ownership of all HR activities for a busy site and become a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team. This position offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic HR input with hands-on operational delivery. You''ll play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, supporting managers, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and driving employee engagement across the site. The Role Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead all people-related activities across the site, including: Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to the Leadership Team. Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention. Leading all Employee Relations activity, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues. Providing expert advice on UK employment law and HR best practice. Supporting organisational change, consultations, restructures and employee engagement initiatives. Managing recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and talent development.
