European HR Manager opportunity available working for a leading manufacturing company based in the Halifax area, West Yorkshire. This is a fully onsite role based in Halifax working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.As the European HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service for their UK and Europe site, which ensures that managers and employees are equipped to achieve the goals and objectives of the organisation in conjunction with the implementation of HR strategy and policies of the Group, whilst respecting the legal constraints.To operate within and maintain all appropriate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards in order to ensure that the products and services provided by the site comply with regulatory and company standards and customer expectations.The role:Acts as HR Business Partner to Site Managers to help support the company goals.Provide day to day site HR support for management teams and employees, ensuring current knowledge of employment legislation and ER is maintained to ensure business and legislation compliance.Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR procedures.Manage the employee lifecycle, from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, termination and exit.Ensure that all necessary employment documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.Identify and manage succession-planning programs for key positions.Lead HR initiatives and strategic HR projects for the Site.Manage the ..... full job details .....
