Description

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Support with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Handle general HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

• Experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -28,000 to -32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
