This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, where you''ll provide a comprehensive HR service while playing a fundamental role in supporting the delivery of the site People Plan, aligning culture, talent, structure and processes. Supporting a large and diverse workforce across a 24/7 operation, you''ll work closely with site leadership teams to create a high performing, engaged and compliant working environment.
