Interim Head of Health and Safety £450pd - £500pd DOE (Umbrella/Inside IR35) 6 Month Contract UK Wide / Mainly Remote Occasional travel to UK offices and operational sites ASAP Start Are you a Chartered Health and Safety professional with experience leading HandS teams within a complex operational environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a major UK infrastructure organisation on an initial 6-month contract, taking responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of an established Health and Safety function. You will oversee three specialist teams comprising nine HandS professionals, acting as the senior point of escalation for complex operational, technical and legal matters across the business. The role is mainly remote, and candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel required for team meetings and wider business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety leader looking to take ownership of an established function within a major UK organisation, with excellent flexibility around location and working arrangements.
