Reporting directly to the CEO, you''ll take ownership of the finance function at a pivotal time, providing assurance, continuity and leadership.Key responsibilities include:Leading the finance function and managing a small finance teamProducing timely and accurate management and statutory financial reportingSupporting the Executive Team and Board with financial insight and adviceMaintaining a strong financial control environment and overseeing audit requirementsSupporting budget setting and financial planning for the next financial yearProviding oversight across payroll, treasury, cashflow and regulatory reportingCoaching and supporting members of the finance team where requiredEnsuring the organisation continues to operate smoothly through a period of transitionThis is a well-run organisation that has undergone significant positive change over the past two years.
