Head of Finance and Resources

My client, operating in the Not-for-Profit sector, are looking for a Head of Finance and Resources to join them immediately for a period of c. 6 months. Reporting into the Chief Executive, you will be a valued member of the SLT and will manage a small team.Client DetailsNot-for-Profit organisation based in SevenoaksDescriptionReporting into the Chief Executive, key responsibilities will include: Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Prepare management accounts, statutory accounts and financial reports for senior leaders and trustees. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend actions to maintain long-term financial sustainability. Manage cashflow, treasury activities, funding arrangements, and relationships with auditors, bankers and financial service providers. Manage the finance team, offering support and guidance where needed. Manage payroll processes.
