Overview

Interim Group Accountant — London Based Office (5 days p/w on site) | £350-£400 per day | 3-6 monthsWe’re supporting a leading international hospitality and lifestyle business with the hire of an interim Group Accountant. This is a technically focused role providing support across group consolidations, statutory reporting and audit delivery.Responsibilities

Ownership of consolidated statutory reporting under IFRS across multiple international entitiesPreparation and review of technical accounting papers (leases, FX, revenue recognition, impairments)Liaison with external auditors, ensuring smooth year-end deliveryStrengthening balance sheet controls and embedding robust reporting frameworksSupporting monthly group consolidations and reconciliationsActing as a subject matter expert for technical accounting queries across the finance teamQualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally practice trained (Big 4/top 10)Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRSProven experience with multi-entity consolidations in an international groupConfident working in a fast-paced environment, able to add value quicklyHospitality, leisure or consumer sector experience a plus (not essential)We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support.
