Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Group Financial Controller / Group Accountant will:Lead the monthly consolidation of group accounts across multiple trading entitiesOwn technical accounting, audit preparation, and compliance processesSupport MandA integration, including acquisition accounting and systems harmonisationDrive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with operational teamsHelp implement and optimise the ERP system for group-wide reportingIdentify and deliver process improvements across reporting and controlsPlay a key role in shaping the future finance structure as the group scalesThe Successful Applicant

The successful Financial Controller / Group Accountant should have:A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Strong technical accounting and group consolidation experienceA background in multi-entity, multi-site environmentsExcellent Excel and financial systems skillsA proactive, hands-on approach and strong commercial awarenessIt would also be beneficial if you have:Experience in a Private Equity-backed businessExposure to MandA and post-acquisition integration and alignment of processes and systems.What\u2019s on Offer
