This position is responsible for compiling and analysing sales, customer, product, and market data to provide valuable feedback, insights and actionable recommendations to support, guide and improve selling and marketing activities. The company operates as a medium-sized entity with a strong focus on delivering quality products and services.DescriptionExtract, cleanse, compile and analyse large amounts of raw data.Standardise sales and customer reporting requirements, establish a cadence of reporting, and execute report production and distribution.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales performance, revenue projections, product price/cost and profitability.Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities within product pricing, sales, customer, and market data.Prepare financial modelling to support ad-hoc business decisions.Regularly prepare and present financial information to senior management while providing insights into sales performance.Collaborate with the sales team in developing sales targets to support incentive and commissions plans and track target performance throughout the year.Establish and gatekeep a standardised method of capturing data in Salesforce CRM system to ensure data is consistently maintained across multiple users.
