The Role The FPandA Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organisation''s financial planning and analysis activities, helping deliver timely and accurate management information to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the FPandA Manager and Senior FPandA Analyst, this role combines financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and systems improvement responsibilities. The successful candidate will support reporting cycles, maintain financial models and dashboards, and contribute towards automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Main DutiesAssist with the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plansProduce and maintain management reports, dashboards, and variance analysisSupport month end and period end close activities across the finance functionCleanse, validate, and reconcile financial data across multiple systemsPartner with budget holders and business leads to capture accurate income and cost informationContribute to scenario planning, ad hoc analysis, and strategic finance projectsIdentify ..... full job details .....
