Interim Financial Controller

Your Company: NET Recruit is proud to be partnering with a highly successful and growing organisation in their search for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join their finance team in Dorset on an initial 3-month interim assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to step into a key position within an established and fast-paced commercial environment. The successful individual will provide strong financial leadership and control across the business, ensuring accurate reporting, effective financial processes, and robust controls throughout the interim period. The business is looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Financial Controller who can quickly understand the organisation, take ownership of key financial activities, and provide stability and support to the wider finance function during this period. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Taking ownership of the day-to-day financial control function, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is produced. Leading and overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring all reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisions are completed accurately and within deadlines. Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, providing clear analysis and commentary on financial performance.
