Interim Financial Controller

My client is looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join them on a temporary basis to look after some key projects over the coming months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small finance team and make a real impact in a growing business. There is the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.Client DetailsRapidly growing manufacturing company based in Harlow.DescriptionKey Responsibilities will include:- Supporting the FD with the budgeting and forecasting process - providing robust financial analysis and engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned with divisional priorities.- Assisting with the current Internal Audit process and producing the key reports needed - ensuring effective internal controls are maintained.- Strengthening processes and controls in finance - implementing new procedures and process improvements and bringing the finance team on the change journey with you.- Preparation and submission of month-end reportingProfileYou must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) and have proven experience at a Financial Controller / Finance Director level, with the willingness to be hands-on.Experience within the manufacturing / construction sector would be very beneficial.
