Interim Finance Manager

This is an interim role starting at 6 months, with the chance of going permanant. As Finance Manager, you will be acting as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for determined, motivated individual to join a successful, international business. Main Duties: As a Finance Manager, your main duties include: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four within the finance function. Prepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary. Produce and maintain robust cashflow forecasts to support business planning. Manage the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls are maintained. Support the Group Finance Director with strategic projects, system improvements, and reporting enhancements. Partner with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight and challenge performance. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and the wider group finance team.
