Part-Time Finance Manager Location: KidderminsterHours: 16 hours per weekJob Type: Maternity cover Our client, a well-established company based in Kidderminster, is seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to manage their finance function. This role will be covering a maternity period ideally starting on 12th January 2026. Key Responsibilities: Daily Banking: Process and reconcile daily transactions efficiently. Sales Ledger: Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and credit control. Purchase Ledger: Process supplier invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments. Prepayments Journal: Accurately record and monitor prepayments. Credit Card Statements: Review, reconcile, and process company credit card transactions. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Management Accounts: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end accounts. VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations.
