Interim estates manager

Planet Recruitment are looking for an experienced Estates Manger to join our client in central Oxford, this is a interim position. We are looking for an experienced Estates Manager or Construction Professional who can step into the role quickly and provide confident, practical leadership. You should be comfortable working hands-on at operational level while also producing clear plans, reports and recommendations for senior colleagues. This is a hands-on interim assignment with a clear delivery focus: stabilising day-to-day estate operations, leading the Estates team, recovering and prioritising maintenance activity. Core responsibilities and duties Lead and manager the estates team. Drive the condition survey and maintenance recovery plan. Manage the estate day to day. Help to deliver the carbon reduction plan.
